Hi, my name is Ian Finch and I have been certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) for nine years. I’ve always enjoyed helping people, and because of this I decided that Personal Training is the perfect profession for me. I truly love what I do, which is, in most circumstances, help people lose weight in a healthy manner. The single most important thing you can do for your health is to exercise regularly. If you do it wrong you won’t make progress and may even injure yourself, do it right, and you can change your life!
Exercise, fitness and nutrition have always been subjects of interest for me. From a young age I’ve always loved sports. Swimming, gymnastics, soccer, judo, hockey, track, karate, basketball, golf, and football are all sports I’ve participated in. In addition to participating in sports, I’ve also done some youth and adult coaching. Coaching is a blast and have coached both basketball and football.
Sports, active recreational activities, and hobbies have always been a big part of my life. This is where my love of fitness and nutrition began. Whether it’s reading a bodybuilding/health magazine, or taking a college course in nutrition or kinesiology, I’ve continued to educate myself in my field of interest. My studies have led to an easy to follow, practical weight loss plan that anyone can follow. If you follow my plan you will lose weight and improve your health, I guarantee it. The plan includes a comprehensive, customized fitness program, and easy to follow nutritional advice. Because of my background in sports, I’m also very well versed in helping serious and recreational athletes. If you engage in recreational sports such as basketball, softball, soccer, or golf, I can help you improve your game.
