"I noticed recently that I was expanding horizontally so I got a hold of Ian with Body Balance Healthy Living for some help. I took a strength training course in high school (many years ago) so I have a general understanding of fitness but I wanted to be certain that I was being as efficient with my limited time as possible. Ian called me prior to the session to discuss my goals and, in turn, make our time more productive. Ian did a fantastic job targeting my specific goals in the session. He was very well prepared and professional. He was sensitive to my time and made sure that I had any and all questions answered before moving from one topic to another. The program that he recommended to me was well-rounded and included everything from nutrition and warming up to workout routines and safety. The step-by-step discussion was easy to follow and he left behind handouts on all the items we discussed as a reference. We covered the actual workouts in great detail; he showed me the proper form for exercises I was not familiar with and then watched me do some reps to make sure I was doing the exercise correctly and safely. There were at least 5-6 workouts in the categories of CARDIO, UPPER BODY, AND LOWER BODY that he gave to me that only take 30 minutes from start to finish. I wanted to get back on the exercising bandwagon but did not really know where to start. Ian of Body Balance Healthy Living gave me the necessary tools to be productive with my time and to work towards my goal of getting back in shape. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get in control of their health."
